Hi, thanks for all the thoughts on this.
Supplier of the elecy fan sent me another in case it wasn't getting up speed, it was exactly the same, so I spotted a 6 blade flex fan on my misses 66 Mustang, so 4 x 5/16 UNC bolts and a few sliced fingers and it was on my Charger lol.
What a difference ...

Hi, thanks for the replies. Timing etc is all spot on - has a restrictor plate in the dizzy etc and runs great, set up on a 4 gas... Is 95 degrees C too high, am I expecting too much? It has had an electric fan on for years, but this is a replacement so perhaps not as efficient as the previous one ...
