Well I was round me Mum's tonight and turned up an August '86 Street Machine. Low and behold. Les Szabo's 'Cuda 2nd in the SM rwyb @ Santa Poo May 11th. 11.83 on slicks (no speed reported) And in the same issue, Rob Milward 3rd in a driving test @ SM Yanks weekender @ Shakey, plus an unknown '71 Chally. :thumbright:

hey mark, have you got anywhere,
been studying them first pics, you should check them out you can start to see differences in the cars,
like chrome along the cill on one which is repeated on the cuda that is black, color off mirrors etc, bet some one has more pics somewhere

You can clearly see the "off set" shackles to in the 4th picture.

Yes, mate been studying & researching as much info as possible.

The chrome along the sill, is the plastic gills (Whatever their called) its their silver colour which makes them look chrome. Put them back on the car last year.

As you say the mirrors look the same on the both pictures of AEG261J

In fact I think these 2 Cudas could be the same car
