That used to bracket race in the late 70s I think?

Found it!

It is a car that was raced in the 60s but ended up racing in E.T. Bracket racing which is where cars that no longer fitted into the rules or were just no longer competitive.

This photo was taken in the late 70s and was raced by a guy called George Brugo it says here...
