Ford 9" Woes
My pal with the VF Valiant 426 sb, trans brake, 9", caltracs;

. His diff shop is now talking wall bar tube? He reckons chrome moly would surfice. I reckon a good rear brace would surfice with standard tubes. He also has the springs relocated to the inside of the chassis rails which may not help. Any ideas???? I find it strange that the housing has bent at all as the car weighs 3250lb with him in it and surely the stroker isn't putting out heaps of power. Is the stroker torque killing it? One for you boys to consider........

Standard 9" Ford axle cases are known to be a bit flimsy, heavier duty aftermarket ones are available, Moser for one do them...
