I'm looking at buying some tyres for the road, they need to be pretty tall and ideally at least 10" wide, i was going to buy drag radials but thinking about it, it's an unnecesary expense considering i will race the car on slicks anyway. I will be doing only a small amount of mileage so dont want to spend a fortune.
I would appreciate any suggestions, or anyone selling a couple of decent used ones will do.

Not many road tyres that wide are more than 26 or 27 inch diameter.
You don't want any more than 6 years old for safety either.
If you want new tyres, the Hercules ones I bought are really good and £50 per tyre cheaper than BFGs. People took the Bananarama! about their name before I bought them but no-one even noticed them on the car.
