Looks a very neat job :thumbright:



But............. as far as I know (never had a set, meself, but) the ones you get from the likes of Year One have a clear plastic sheath along the length of the wire to stop it damaging the front of the hood/trim etc.
Over time, even the protected wire can leave a mark on the leading edge, so you may want to think about fitting some kind of insulation ;)

Good point, already thought of that as well

The cable is covered in plastic, just doesn't look like it in the photos.
