Post by MilesnMiles »

Tried relay thread and no response.
Has anyone got a recommendation for shipping a transmission ?
I can put it on a pallet if needed.

Thanks John, costs so far have been prohibitive or uninsured. Maybe I should learn to build a transmission

How quickly do you need to get it to London Miles?

does seem a bit steep

I had a close ratio aussie RT charger one shipped from Oz for £200 or something ie. about 300-350 AUD at the time. UPS at this end. drop off at shippers near Airport at the other

YES that was air freight (box is like a small ford toploader...small but dense :)

packed the box with headers upper control arms 4 balljoints and pitman and idler as well. to get it up to maximum weight for the cost...pointless wasting shipping :)
