Diff oil change, metalic bits

Stripped the entire thing down now, can't see any problems or obvious signs of "oh god what has happened here" areas.
This bearing has got hot, here is a video of its movement:

it runs fine and smooth.
What to do next, rebuild it all again? Send it off to have new bearings?
I'm going to get the cones machined down to get some extra life from them.
I can's see any problem with any of the components or how it was built, just the hot spot on the bearing is a little odd.
Cheers,

It is going to be rebuilt now with an Eaton truetrak which are quite good so I have been told. The cone type LSD can be used as a door stop now.
Good news is it should be ready for Mopars!

After all the problems I had with my sure grip unit over the last few years I put and Eaton Tru Trac in mine at eh beginning of the year and it awesome. When you do a burn out is pull in straight line and doesn't snatch when turning. I wish I had done it years ago.

Re above - I have no idea what has caused that, looks fresh though and lots of burrs on the inside.
Also, axle perches - are they meant to be equal distance from the edge of the axles? (between the red dots marked)
It sat level in the car but the spring hangers appear central so I don't understand why these are not...
