I want to be at Wheels Day. Might be cutting it close, but I'm going to give it a shot. It's down to money now.

Gringo - nice colour!
I'm going for a silver engine block against a black bay in my Charger.

What paint did you use for the block ? Looks great. (Sorry Adam - I know you loved the air-con-turquoise)

Hey Jim, probably tidy up the bay a little. The motor will eventually come back out again, when it comes to rebuilding the bodywork. Main thing is to sort the wiring. The car will still look like a beater, but it should go a bit better... ;)

Thanks Morgan. With the final colour of the car, it should look pretty sweet in the engine bay. Can't tell you what colour it's going to be, but it'll be unique... 8-)
The engine paint is just silver 'Hot Paint'.

Hey James. Don't know yet. Not in a rush (yet). Still got to save some cash for Brutal's high stall convertor, before it can go back together...

By the way, anyone spot the perfect tool for blocking the dizzy hole? Perfect fit, and it stops paint and crud getting in there... :thumbright:

Anyone tried to fit a big block in a Charger with the headers in place? The front pipe on the left tucks in so tight to the head that there is no space to fit a stud and nut. I'd decided to try bolts, but even that's not going to be easy to fit. It would be easier with the engine out of the car. It looks like it'll go in with headers attached...
