Yep, Adams list is pretty much it, check it all out before you pull the motor. Also try packing the pump with grease to rule out cavitation. Also try a new pump. You are priming it with a reverse rotation drill aren't you?

Glad you like its look because it ain't changing bar some blending and 'weathering' over the fresh repairs. Plenty still going on. Back end all new pretty much....

Hand fabbed the shelf beneath the rear window area. It had to have a new panel between trunk and window in the end too. Tim is good:

Like all bloody old cars, the Charger was a bit more rotten than i thought. Saying that, it was described by the seller on Ebay accurately. The roof was pitted, which became holes when poked hard.

Cheers :) Had stitches out today and the nurse (bit of a MILF) said that the Norwegians do the neatest surgery in europe. Always good to know....

Back to the Death Proof Charger - Once the roof is done then it's a coat of POR15 and then vinyl roof time methinks....

Not sure whether to 'weather' a vinyl roof or just keep it new. OR i could dust the roof over with matt black and let the surface rust have a good stain. Tim reckons a vinyl top (as per factory).

MILF? :read2:
