Yes, Steve.
Sealing between the beams by undercutting the render was what took all the time.

It is micro-breathable paint as you indicate.

I have had the same issue as you but not at this house.

The Block paving at the cottage was 7 pallet loads....hand barrowed on the hottest day of the year....
