Thanks Elliott, I knew that G31 on the build sheet was there for a reason! ;)

If they are expecting that sort of money, I'm sure the car will have to be 100% and that includes the passenger mirror...I can toodle off to Cornwall now for a pint or two of Betty Stoggs happy that I've got one on Mr R! :thumbright:
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

Yeah! lol

It's definitely the real deal. Has all the supporting paperwork too. Awesome.

"The original window sticker, two broadcast sheets, seat tags, IBM punch card, warranty card, and original fender tag..."

Enjoy Cornwall! :D

you stick a hemi in a regular 440-4 or 440-6 it will not fetch any more money than if it were stock it may even hurt it,

Where's the one on eBay?

RK Motors had an Hemi auto heading to their auction this weekend, but it sold pre-auction. The asking price was $400k... so they would have got damn close to that.

The manual is a rare car, but the # matching, broadcast sheet etc really matters for values. I was registered for an auction during the Pebble Beach week and they had a white manual Hemi consigned, but it turned out it was a restamp engine and trans. All proven by Galen Govier just a week before the auction. The owner must have been gutted, the reserve was $300k, but it didn't sell. After the auction they offered it to me for $175k! Even though it was a Hemi car originally... the restamp killed the value.

Will be really interesting to see what the RM one goes for...

And would be worth every penny to me for such a rare and un molested example.

Thats an amazing Super Bird! Must have cost mega bucks.
Hope you use it. Look forward to seeing it in the flesh some day.

Noticed someone said about doing the school run in it. Lol
I used to take my daughter to school in my old bandit Trans Am when she was small. She loved it. She's been a muscle car fan ever since!

Wow, just saw this.... That is amazing. And well done on the understated proof that you do indeed know what you are talking about! :D

Wow! we really are at different ends of the mopar family tree! I guess that is what is so nice about the history. From little old lady cars like mine, to an icon like yours!

I am just thankful I have managed to get back to owning a mopar. Even if it is bottom of the food chain..

A car like yours would get me lynched..... It would be flaked in no time at all.

I remember being at Ohio at the show. That flaked n candied convertible Hemi Cuda was there, with the owner, he said he was returning it to original. I really tried to change his mind!
I am keeping this Mopar....... SOLD!

Had a great summer with her! Shows, runs out and trips to the pub. :)

We did a lot of shows local to me in Suffolk. I was planning on coming to the EuroNats, but my daughter was born the same weekend!

Aiming to make the Nats in '15 though! ;)
