Only managed Sunday. Good event again.

never touched the motorway going home, had a great run back through Bedford.

We now have to persuade Longshot that superstock look is the way forward for the Dart.

There were some hidden gems in the classic cars.

Lots of Minis which I like, then we spotted one in the Triumph club bit, chatted to the owner and it turned out to be an ex works car driven by lots of famous names including Rauno Altonen, and John Sprinzel. It has done 5 Monte Carol rallies.

The owner still rallies it now, and then he said " You can sit in it if you like"

Top bloke! He also owns an ex works Triumph 2000 rally car.

Fantastic weekend, couldn't have been better, great company in the pits with Pete and Roydon, Ade just cracked me up the whole weekend, Dave Long put a show on all of his own Saturday night 'mincing' round the bar, and what happened to our very own Terry R? Sunday racing was great fun, it seemed a few cars, including Roydon's were having traction problems, but the 'Bird hooked up straight and true and never really gave me any 'moments'. I was well chuffed to get through to the semi finals, I jumped the lights so admitted defeat but for me a great result all the same. Darren Skidmore photography was there and mounted go-pro cameras on the 'Bird front and rear so there should be some great footage up soon. A big thankyou to everyone there for great company and all the help.
