Hi Pete
No second fender tag on this car with the Hemi Fender designation. Nobody is 100% certain when Chrysler modified the front fenders on the Hemi Cudas but it was later in the model year. Certainly the early build cars came with standard front fenders and unless deleted the wheel opening mouldings. There were some issues with the larger tyres fitted to the Hemi cars combined with the heavier engine causing interference problems hence the modifications. As usual with Chrysler there seemed to be no rhyme or reason as to which cars received the modified fenders or not.

Just for reference, another car with a hockey stick stripe. Not keen on the spoiler though.

Fabulous! Thanks for sharing Martin.

I actually prefer it without the hockey stripe. Adds to the stealth factor. Just a plain ol vanilla Cuda on mags.

Not keen on white cars but aside from that I love it, I prefer it unstriped and certainly un spoiled but I can't resist gills...

All BS Cudas in 1970 came with the gills as standard (M25) except for the AARs. The reproduction gills are not very good quality so Mauro spent a small fortune tracking down some good originals.
