The only thing I have done is to move it from Scott's place down to next door to were I live as Scott is going to put his place up for sale and it was a bit far to go , not only that but the plastic roof we had on the shelter thing sort of got shredded in the wind the other day, I will be putting up a marque type thing for when I fit the engine , I still need it under cover as it is in primer but I have to get it up in the air so I can work on the trans tunnel from under the car, I have to put engine and box in , see were I have to cut it and take the whole lot out again probably several times !!!
The gearbox cross member has to be altered and trans tunnel made bigger as the O/D gearbox is fatter than a normal 904 it is also longer I will do pics when I do it that's all for now folks !!!!

Have not done much due to the weather as the car is outside but have made some progress with the gearbox mounting , had to cut off the bit under the tunnel and make a new one for the inside of the tunnel , made a gizmo to line up the propshaft with the rear end had to go to pets at home to get it but it works !!, also had to bend a bit of 6mm checker plate to go round the tunnel this was done with two bits of wood four scaffold tubes some clips and a 10 ton hydraulic press oh yes and a 14 pound sledge with some heat from the hot spanner more news soon enjoy the pics !!!for some reason I am not able to post pics but I will sort it out

She's coming on well John. Lifting her up on scaffold is a great idea. Wish I'd have thought of that before doing the underneath of mine!

HEY JOHN GOOG GOING FELLA
i reckon i would of carried the crossmember frame through the floor but very slim maybe 1" diameter and brought it through to the inside of the car and rejoined to other side so it was basicaly back to stock,,,,,
