on a serious note when i was a teach. many of our doors on the school
had the bottom of the door sectioned with a router about 1/4 inch in, along the backs
and a bit of angle iron bolted to the ground and sealed down
when the door was shut the angle iron fitted into the routed out section in its back
therfore if anyone tried to kick it in or pour anything under it
nout much happend.
these were like storm doors so opened all day, bit of ramp like wood over the angle iron to stop the little angles tripping when in use
i guess same could be done along a garage door and more effctive than those rubber skirts you can get.
