Thanks guys the frame was Kevs idea just rolled it off the lorry onto the frame
Dunc. it will have a support under the box , I am cutting down the stock X member as I only have one bolt hole on each side left , I had to remove the upper frame from the tunnel on the inside to make room for the box , only had to cut a small hole so far in the side of the tunnel to get gearbox in will post some more pics later

yes john i can see that. what i meant was i would have kept all the bracing that follows the tunnel just pushed it higher up if you can under stand me i dont think that would interfere with anything inside the car...
yes i have fitted a few of them 4 speeds and its tight,

Looks like it Mark, that,s some of the wires for the fuel injection ,I have to extend them so I can put the ECU on the bulkhead . but it all works !!!!!!
Dunc I get what you are on about , but I thought I would do it this way have to see how it works out !! have to go back to Pets at Home to get a new cat toy as I broke mine getting the engine out
