As you said your into Muscle, as we all are, and thats exactly what that is...doesn't have to be Mopar.......needless to say that has a lot of potential for 1/4 miling as well if it takes your fancy after a while of cruising the meets...a nice big 454 will drop straight in there
All the best with it.....Les
I actually got it for $15250 so worked out a bit cheaper. I know it's a it showy for some people but it's one of the reasons i liked it, the magpie syndrome. Will give the engine a good going over but apparently it's already sitting at around 425 hp so can't see me doing a great deal to it.

Well you'll either think it a waste of tyres and fuel...or get hooked on it and wanna run 10's....reckon you should have enough power to run a 12 something if you can get yourself a cheap set of slicks on there...

Nice motor. I'd say about £15500 to your door fella
Seeing as you're not really a 1/4 mile man, I wouldn't worry about the 454.
That 396 will go great guns in that small light body especially with all those horses in it.
Certainly looks like it's been breathed on anyway. Wouldn't mess with it. I'd leave well alone
Stunning car though
Is it a true SS, or clone?
You could always put the Yenko stripes down it

Cheers Jules, i did import my Mustang from the states but used an import specialist so i am aware of most of the costs. Am hoping the Nova qualifies for the BTI scheme, would save me a fair old bit but will leave all the hard work to someone that has a scooby what they're doing
My old man has been pestering to pop across to the pod for a while so i may get the bug at some point. Still i think there's more than enough there to keep me happy for a good while.

It's a clone, i did spot another Nova with the Yenko stripes, they do look smart.

Yeah, sorry. Just read back a page or 2 where you listed the ad. Read there it was a clone.
You won't "qualify" for a BTi unless it's all original i.e. original engine / box / brakes etc. so I'd bank on the 10% duty + 20%vat rather than the 0% duty and 5%vat, although I DO hope you "get away with it".
Let's hope the shipping company come through for you
Will save you a packet
