Mine

Phil, start a "Sticky" for the register - maybe James could help.

There is also a Guy called James in the village next to me with one - a 68 with 69 metalwork.

There is also Mike Barr in NI on the board as BufordTJustice (Star car Hire).

Back to the thread - I like it as it is - you will get loads of "Experts" telling you this is wrong, that is wrong if you do a DOH.

I think I have a white Bumble Bee if you go that route...

Pip,

a sticky is a thread that "sticks" at the top of the area in the forum. When you click on "General" look at the first three/four threads. They are called stickys.

Anyroad, fancy eating some doughnuts on Saturday morning mate? I'm going to see me mota :D

Its coming along well Adrian. Bulkhead all done now (removal of all AC holes). It shoudl be moved into the paint prep stage any time now. I am going back down to see it again on saturday.

Trouble is, I keep getting tempted by what colour to paint it. The back stop is as original - white. But, I am thinking about Burnt Orange, Sub Lime, and Light Blue Metallic.

Big No no's are black, and red. Definately out.

I am hankering towards white with red BB stripe, with white 15x7 steelies and dog dishes.

Anyroad. I think you did the right thing with your car. It looks lovely. Are you pleased with it??? :D

Sublime with a burnt orange interior would be different (over here)

My car was fy1 originally...never liked it,that's why it went a darker shade about four years ago & then had it airbrushed...Got plenty of stick for doing that but its an individual thing isn't it,whatever you do people will criticize, Water off a ducks back to me :D I will probably do it again in another couple of years, depends how bored I get. I very nearly did this

I can understand that. We had a thread on here some time ago asking about what was involved in huffing a 440, and the bottom line seemed to be dont waste your time and money

Got any more pics of yer car???
