Well, it's coming on now :thumbright: Underneath is no-where near concours, but is a whole lot better than it was :D Rear end went in today, as did my new 'Blue Automotive' Torqueflite. Couldn't have been easier :lol:

Good Work Dusty. Only 2 bolts to hold the Gearbox "X" member in? Has the Chassis been cut back previously?

Pete, you are spot on, the chassis had been cut back. The chassis had previously been hacked up when the previous owner installed the manual box :cry: The floor extension panel had been installed using self tappers and a tube of silicon :P Not heard of welding in Kentucky :? To make best of a bad job, I have seam welded a new panel in, and strengthened the chassis end. Three bolts now hold the X member in - searching for the last one :lol:
