John would prefer to strip mine right down, and start from scratch - but I simply cant afford that option...so a possibility might be to make good of what we can - or else I'll sell it all and call it a day! :? Dont know yet.

As he still appears to be trading (not bust) is there any way of getting some money back? It would be a shame to pack it in now. :(
