ok point taken, that road runner looks the business. I thought you meant one of the four wheel drum braked runners.
Would love to see it in action on a track, do you still race it? Used to watch the HARA challenge and later the anglo-american challenge but don`t think either are still going.

mach1 dude i built it to run in that series but never did just as the car was nearly finished the hara fell apart and got dwindled in with astons porsche etc and it became an entry by invite only all seemed a bit to snobby for my liking so never followed it up,
i must get it to the track and meant no offence on my first post, but i would rag this car to death on a track it thrives on abuse honestly

I would love to see it used in anger on the track, it looks awesome, shame about the HARA series, maybe there is somer other historic type class suitable you could run in? I know a few mustangs that run in a classic sports car club class and the historic sports car club.

The `67 fastback is a 302 small block powered car but it revs to around 7500rpm, the `70 mach is a 351 Cleveland powered, both are 5 speed manuals.

this sort of thing is what was going through my mind when I bought the barracuda...its all stock now and handles crap, but I'll be looking at big brakes and most likely the firm feel suspension stuff next year...love to have a go.... :thumbright:
