I do have a US third party ODB reader that will list codes and the book that goes with it, its small enough to post will reset codes so if you need to borrow it I could post it out.
Or you could avail yourself of my 'While you Wait' service complete with coffee.
Some orrible codes can be cause by not closing the gas cap tight later models pump up the gas tank then evap the vapour, so check your cap first.

Pauls right on the gas cap deal
there's a little valve drivers side rear of the motor on mine, moved to pass inner wing on later I think, vacs the fuel tank, cap not on or leaking pipes and lights on.

It's usb, not expensive, if you do buy it make sure to get the chrysler update (which I haven't got yet)
I have a 2001 Dodge Ram workshop manual and a Mitchel repair CD, they list every code and the precedure to diagnose and repair, so if you find the code/codes and are stuck let me know
