There used to be a custom car show in the underground car park at Hyde park back in the early days. They once ran a dragster through the underpass there, I used to have a picture of it coming out of the tunnel at Park lane with the chute out....

Still see John & Colin Mullan occasionally. John heavily into go carts with his boys. Colins still got his Monteverdi & his riviera speed boat.
Dont think they regret selling, they did what they set out to do. Shame they got outlawed.

Hi Folks,
More bondo needed, I can still see some tin showing through!!!
Am I right in saying these were Gary and Sue's Cuda's???
Tried to buy the small block cuda wif da Hemi for 5000quids.
Was alot of money back then in the eighties, I'd just bought a 417 Donovan off a dude in Wanstead, and couldn't get anyone to finance me for the cuda.
Those were the days, Hemi's and wing cars everywhere, if only I had a tardis???
Oh yes, they used to race up the "CUT" which is Trinity road, just the other side of Wandsworth Bridge in Battersea. By a strange coincindence, this is where the green Superbird used to live, parked out in the road in the one way system. I think the owners name was Alan somefing?
Those were the days my friends, I thought they'd never end!!!
Who sung that then, Monday morning quiz?
Baccy.
