GV can gain up to 5 tenths on the track , also saves a fortune in fuel when runnin low gears.

Granted , takes some practice with the GV , but defo worth it , prob pay for themselves over a couple of seasons , or depending how often the motor is used on the motorway , can't see any disadvantages.

That way i can , abuse it more and not have to worry about getting it home
Drive it to all shows and cruise nights etc

Dave. Adam thats what im thinking I can use mental rear gears and still get better MPG on the street......win win as far as im concerned :thumbright: 8-)

Steve talk to andyrob, at the nats when running the runner, he was low 12's witout using the gear venders and into the 11's using it as far as i recall, they definately work and are great on the street

That is when making use of a narrow power band. If you don't have a narrow power band you will not see much improvement.

SS spring cars can be made to work, Duncan and Kev are proof of that, Dave mc posted a track pic of your car on here and it looked to be launching pretty well
