I see a begging-blue session coming up at the pub tonight... (actually, thats fairly usual when i b****x something up ! :) )

Be warned herts guys, I come armed with manual, diagrams, pictures and bushes. Prepare for a game of "tabletop suspension rebuild modelling". It could take over from the usual dominos and taunting-the-locals...

Apart from pushing the bushes in its an afternoon's work to be-build the front suspension :thumbright:

Bet you end up painting all the iron work when its apart; that is where you will take more time....

:D GOOD LUCK iv just done all my front end with not one hick up at all.
the thing is to plan it all un-do the bolt on the lower arm torsion adjuster and take it off und all the nuts on all the ball joints, take the pin out of the front of the tie rod,the clip off the torsion bar before you un-do the lower arm from the k-member then split the top and bottom ball joints mine just popped and it all came away with no problem at all.

The bushing was as easy, just used a socket and a lump hammer for the top and the lower i prest out with a long socket then pushed it all back in with a vice on my bench. JUST TAKE YOUR TIME AND WD40!!!!.
GOOD LUCK MORGAN :thumbright:

I think you are right Pete.
Then natuarally while I am under there I will notice another little job that I might as well tackle... etc etc (or more likely "Oh my god ! Look at the state of THAT bit ! " ) .
These jobs tend to snowball. :)
