So Tony Vandeputte lent the Magpie guy (wasn't his name Robinson?) his Chevy eh?

I used to work with Tony at Link House, when he was an ad rep on Custom Car...he was an operator!
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

Is that the one that became revel rebel? a mate in blackpool has it now, street legal with a small block...been off the road for ages

Yep....8 sec is quick by normal standards - for a Fueller it is snails pace =P~ =P~

Yes, Revel Rebel is the same car. When Pete sold the car, the new owner had some sort of sponsorship with Revel. I thought it went Yorkshire way, Dave ? maybe it was he used to race at York... Long time ago now

Revell Rebel was raced at York by Des Taylor in the 80,s. Then it was sold to the lad in Blackpool. I think it is now in West Yorkshire somewhere ,i may be wrong. Dave B might know.

Des Taylor, thats the name I was trying to think of :thumbright:

My mate in blackpool bought it, ran it on the street for a while, then sold it to another mate in blackpool, who still has it..
