just to put you in the picture with that car,
it was a local car to me a basket case that was turned in to a race car never been on the street, it came off an air base yrs ago no docs etc,
it had a stars n stripes paint job and used to run 11.0s with a 500 stroker mtr,
it was then sold on to another guy as a rollin shell and had a 451 indy mtr in it went the track twice n ran a 10.50 best, got sold on to your man as a rollin shell again and he fitted the current engine/trans never raced it just did them daft burnouts, the engine however is an old hauser built mtr real high compression needs race gas, it ran high 11,s in a much heavier rrunner so should be good for mid 11,s in that shell, but it will need settin up correctly, pat is a sound guy but not the best tuner in the world if you get my drift, best off luck with it about time it hit the tracks again, my mate had some fun times in it, cannonball

Mark we have members who have spent thousands getting there cars to look like yours just add a white or grey bumblebee stripe, get an Mot and your ready for the nats. :thumbright:

Welcome, I think this is what your car used to look like.
