why not use your dart as an excercise in how good your work is jeff a rolling advert for you, go besrk on it its not a valuable car you wont devalue it, basic 318 engine open pipes that would be enough, period set off mags

Dunc, I would love to, But to get a nice base coat down, would mean taking down to the metal.. now I have sold the house, I do not have the garage facilities. Plus the time! But I often sit here thinking about it! You will see some of my work on a familiar car at Gary's picnic. Although it is of the vinyl type

Bitch of a job.
I noticed a factory correct one had been cut Horizontally at the marker light back edge to the edge of the billboard, to help minimize creases, its a 3 way curve there...
....i never did it was grief and got minor creasing in a small area.
Do it on a really hot day, and car, plenty of soap solution this will definately help.

Has anyone ever painted it on instead? i bet that would look even better.

Yea, that's painted alright, and what a bleedin' 'orrible job it looks too, couldn't be any more hairdresser if it had a shagging rhino continental kit on it...
