I'm pretty determined to get my car to the Nats this year, even though I'm heading to Spain for two weeks, lol.

We shall see.
If it makes it to Spain it should get to the Pod

mate sorry to hear this why dont you just get it moted as in bodged for now then do it chunks at a time keeping it moted and on the road during summer during winter take it off and do something thats what i am doing sort of spurs you on aswell rather than trying to do all of it at once taking a couple of years and you loose interest

Thanks for the kind words guys. Brutus is right, I won't be happy with a bodge. But at the same time, I won't be happy with the car off the road while I just collect parts. Stuck in no mans land at the moment... :?

Do what you need to do to get it mot`d. Everyones pockets have different depths. Keep the car alive & that will keep your enthusiasm to restore it alive. :mytwocents:

I agree, if your not in a position to do a full job dont start as it'll be dead in the water, just do a repair and keep it on the road till the next mot! thats what i'd do, but everyone to their own! shame to miss the nats though.

Agreed if you can`t manage a full resto now, just keep it going and at least have some fun in it.
