50's cars have style 60's muscle are very cool ,70's cars went a bit bland for me.

not sure about all that flake , just a roof and a few scallops would be fine for me

FLAKE? OH YES!! Some of the new flakes on the market are fantastic, and don't need gallons and gallons of clear to bury them.
Been working with green and purple ones this weekend.
Last weekend I was using me fave Orange flake, with yellow flake!
2 coats of clear and it is in a deep shine.
I am keeping this Mopar....... SOLD!

yep done a bit of flake myself
done gold on my polara , looked the muts after i cut it back
mistake i made was laquer was to thin and flake was droping out when sprying, i used a base of bright gold metalic even though some advice is ti go over black ive found that if you go for the closest colour in a metalic to the flake colour its spot on

I would look closely at the body though.
In my experience matt (satin) black paint is normally used to hide a
multitude of sins

Firstly is is a Chrysler not a Plymouth I think its great and would make a great driver
.
The hemi engine is worth big bucks on its own .
