thanks trigger andy i didnt mean to ignore you, i`ve only just ordered a cover & then was told of the moisture trap thing. The cover i`ve ordered is supposed to be a 4 layer affair with a fleece type material touching the car & then various other materials, so i was testing the water to see if anyone had any info/experiences to help with my decision of whether to actually use it! But thank you Andrew for your response, it has been taken on board :thumbright:

Now I am confused, ( must be the wine) Is it a good cover that Moose has bought, or will Jeff give us some input re the Gortex cover and where to get that. :scratch:

Could ya post a link as to where you got the cover? Or maybe how much it cost. I think when it comes to things like these, as with so many things, is the more you spend the better the product. It sounds as though the one you have went for should be up to the job. (Not that I am in any way an expert on these things!)
