DB.... we had to drop 3 times also but only over 4 months or so, pretty sure the estate agent overvalued it anyway, we started off marketing the whole lot, couple in their late 20s took a look, cash buyers @£400k, owned a chip shop :shock:
Everyone that looked said the whole lot was too big so we went ahead and split it, once that was done everything started to happen, even had a couple look on New Years eve, they are waiting to make sure the buyers dont drop out.

Steve... at least 12 months I figure, hoping to get the shell done this year though

David..... luckily I've worked on mobile plant in granite quarries for a long time so we;ll just keep going bigger on the equipment to rip the stuff out, it's not hard granite as it's been exposed for ever, more like the stuff that goes into mill waste which is soft

Morgan, what did you end up building ??, noticed some of the regs and yes it's scary, and as we're close to a brook with a small flood plain not 6ft from the build site I guess it isn't going to be easy, looking forward to doing it now

Had to take 2 or 3 looks at it David as the toe plate is strange to say the least

guess it would work well as the teeth are staggered :thumbright:

relax a little as far as buyers backing out but now the real work starts :lol:
