8 1/2" ARE Torque Thrusts, but the back spacing means the tyres run tight on the wheel arch lips, and like you, I don't want to cut them.

To repeat. If you want to use stock length springs you need to use the A-body front hanger and cut /re-weld it slightly. Also weld up the existing eye bolt hole and drill three new ones (for correct position and height adjustability).

Thanks Dave, I thought that you were just being cheap using the"A" body one
Having not researched this, I assumed that Mopar might have put a bit of thought into it and produced an off the shelf hanger for use with stock springs. I now know that is clearly wrong.
New perches seems the best approach if I can be arsed to do it....

They look like TTD's not TTO's Proberly have a 3.75 backspace........... if so thats the problem,

Hi Pete.
Dr. Diff makes the exact kit you need
Ebay motors, 1" E-body inset KIT to fit B-body axles on Challengers etc!
What could be easier. Real nice Bloke always use him meself!!!

If they move the front spring mount a whole inch inwards then the nut for the bolt would have to be inside the chassis leg wouldn't it?

Strike that. I just checked and there is room for the nut.
