Stunning pictures......I don`t hear any tree huggers moaning about 4x4s at the moment, maybe its because (in some parts) they are the only thing that can get around, or when they are stuck in the snow they are the only thing that can pull them out.
Dave i hope you are making full use of that Jeep at the moment, i was wishing that i still had it when i was trying to get to work (in the cotswolds) at the weekend in a front engined rwd auto, that was interesting to say the least

Those ice pics are amazing, but it's Switzerland not Scandinavia. Versoix is on Lake Geneva, which of course is a fresh water lake.

its the 4x4 s that are the guys who seem to end up pranging traffic islands pillar boxes and lamp posts as soon as it snows
too much tyre
too much confidence
too bloody fast
very little sense
why do you need special infrastructure to cope with 4-6 inches of snow
its that kind of talk that makes every chancer out there think its ok to take 3 days off work last week
it was pathetic
1-2 foot fair enough but 4- 6 inches which was melted by lunchtime
Bananarama!
soon as you get south of york on a wintery day everyone just drives into the nearest lampost.

Er Sandy, does that not show that you have set the air con to -16.5C?
Isn't that what the snow flake in the corner of the screen says?

I assumed the snowflake was an ice warning James, but you know me, all that electronic twaddle is of no interest to me at all!
