Nice pics, yet again Dave. Know what you mean about that damned sun, frustrating innit.
Re that 62 plymouth, glad theres some other sickos out there. Stu & I were looking at this 62 Sport Fury (see below) that was on ebay a year and a bit ago. Car had a lot of racing history as far as I can remember and was dealer-fitted with the 426 as soon as they became available. Bit rough around the edges but acid dipped, unrestored and with less that 10k on the clock. Didnt bid on it tho, it was just about the 1st car that came up when we started looking (beginners nerves). Dont know how much it went for but was very tempted!

Attention James King! U out there?
Theres a plum crazy (I think, purple anyway) cuda, with AAR decals, amongst Daves pics that a mate of mine (Richard Wilson) used to own.
A couple of months ago I gave Matt H some old prints of mine that included a couple of pics of this car taken back in about 1985. I believe he was going to pass them on to you for scanning - did he?
Thought it would be fun to compare the old & the new - maybe the new owner would like to see them?

Thanks guys, might have known it was Dave Eady - he has impeccable taste, well he loved our Polara when we had it at the Nats last year, he couldn't think of enough superlatives. Mind you, it was Sat evening and he was well drunk!! (sorry for the edit Rob!)
I saw the cuda once at Chelsea about 10 years ago when it was red but haven't seen it since, presumed it moved away from the area.
Our mate Richard (who lived in Wembley) was seeing some girl from Rotherham and was driving up there every weekend for a few months, which pretty well killed off the car, and used up all his money on petrol, so it had to go.
I sent a link of Drogo's pics to Richard so he could see it now, suffice to say he's a little miffed!!

Does anyone know who the 71 Charger at Billing belongs too?

Ah, me question has been more than answered by ACW this month....good timing....and you know what, just as I thought.... that Charger is the first one I looked at when I was looking to buy one. It was in poor shape and only had a 2bbl 318, was trashed inside by the previous owners kids. Needless to say I didnt buy it, but it sure has had some TLC spent on it since. It looked fantastic at Billing, thats why I never thought it could have been the same one....
