I just fancy a nice day out with a BBQ or picnic and a bit of cruising around a nice town and area.
We should be doing that sort of thing instead of parking in a shopping center car park every month and standing around with our hands in our pockets.
We have so many fantastic venues and locations in the North East. We should be making good use of them.

oh well, due to lack of interest the weekend is unfortunately not going ahead. In hindsight, it was maybe too short notice to be a success anyways.
However, feel free to let me know if anyone is interested in doing a day trip or cruise in Northumberland in the future................

nigel, I think if your gunna try & do something like this you need to get the word about months before, theres a new meet this friday night down on the queside @.......yard cant remember the name for yanks,customs rods etc

I agree Andy, it started as an invite to a mates place when we were talking at my father in laws funeral. So, it was all a bit short notice. Still always another time and place etc
