Mine are factory "jelly beans" as well made by ROH. Got them listed on the VIN tag.
Got to love 'em!
Look forward to seeing your Charger one day soon Matt.

Either get it on the road there or ship it back here and sell it to me!

Tempting to be honest but it will cost to much. It owes me over £8k now. I can see me buying an E Body soon and the Charger will just sit in the Car Port, gaining value, lol.

Crikey,
Small world then as most of you knew the car immediately..... I did pick up the car and have I assume all the spares with the car, i.e bonnet, glass, brightwork and a set of American Racing Slot Mags which may find their way on the car as the existing rims aren't for me.
Thanks for the intros guys, hopefully we can meet up with all at some point.
Dave thanks for the attached info, to further the enquiry have you or Matt actual detailed measurements for the stripe and the front fender vertical one. As it seems a paint means is the way ahead. For me this will be a slow resto due to lack of time but I want the car MOTable asap and be driving her whilst I finish her off.
Any one know any history of this car prior to it's Lincoln 2 yr pilgrimage ?
Regards,
David

Seems to me that to gain any value you would be better off selling it in Oz not Europe.
Then you have shipping to pay.
The bigger concern going this way is the proposed legislation on importing cars into Oz.
NO MODIFCATIOS. It may not be allowed off the docks!
Seems to me that all us Aussie val owners over here are in it because we love the cars (possibly for different reasons) not because of investment.
Yank for investment. - Yes, more potential.
I reckon keep it and get it on the road over there because you love it trig!

I was joking about the increase in value.
Yes, I will most likely be keeping it long term. A I said earlier Ive got the Horn to get it road legal over here for Spring.
This is my Second Aussie Charger, my first was Baz's VJ. Although to be honest I drove it back from London and for one Summer then stripped it down and it lived in a lock up for a couple of years then I sold it to anothe Scottish lad.

your car
fella called jason had it in lincoln
he pulled it to bits with the intention of converting it to 340 727 8 3/4
i think
i had some lights and the diff off him in 2004 and he'd had it for long enough to strip it and get most of the body work done and in primer
think he sold it 2-3 years ago and it did the rounds getting a bit more sorted each time.

Matt H thanks for the stripe info.
DodgeRover - yep she appears to have been passed back and forth like an unwanted child, she will definitely be finished and looked after now, shes found the right home !
Dave999, looks like you know the cars history. Ref your notes, I have just looked at the axle it looks a 7.25, hence it didn't get the 8.75 treatment......has anyone got one for sale ?
Has anyone junked the servo and gone for a manual brake setup positioning the master cyclinder on the Firewall ? I'm intending to next week once I've sorted the lights start looking at the braking system as it needs work !
