Adrian Wool said: ''Will you still post up some of your brilliant artwork Jeff Good luck in whatever path you end up driving down, your in the right place at least.''

To which Jeff replied: Can't Adrian.... I will no longer be a member, so will not be able to post.

I have one project on the go at the moment.. I will post that.

Now if the Forum was either free or vastly reduced in price, or even what it actually cost to run then Im sure Jeff would be able to continue to post his work. Others are leaving as they can not justify the cost. Others are leaving as they are Bananarama! off, but Im sure they'd drop by from time to time, and then maybe more regular if it was free.

Considering as the majority of the Connected content is generated through posts and threads on here you would think it fair that the forum is subsidised by the Connected reader and not the other way around.

I'll pay the price regardless, a 6 pack of 500ml Lager costs me £25-30 so its good value for me, its just the principle that really annoys me.

Any comments are not to be taken to heart, aimed at the ones leaving because of the poor forum content NOT you Jeff, and Adam and the others should take any comments with a pinch of salt for Christ sake!

For someone leaving you post a lot Jeff! that's what surprises me about it.but i understand you wanting to cut ties a little with the UK and there are free sites in the US/Canada.

Best of luck to you,i may also join the Face book but only to see your work, don't want any other mates on it unless there from here.

I must have missed the snide comments Jeff..but all the same, chin up mate.

It's pretty much the same the world over for the marketing and creative industries, everything is pared down to the tightest budgets imaginable...you wanted a lifestyle change and it looks like we've all got one now!
