Had a similar argument Brian a 17 year old tax inspector tried to take me for 75k, ended up paying 1500 quid two years later after going back over three years of receipts Btsds.
NI and VAT and HSE followed shortly after, they gang up you know.

Brian what really p$$ssed me off was the fact I had to pay the wages of three peoplem, to work in my offices, to collect the frig-gen tax and and send it off to them

One of my best mates with 20 years class 1 police pursuit driver and motorcyle rider retired to run his own bike training company.

He never fully recovered and died shortly afterwards.

yes but that was prob some dick not concentrating because he was driving normally,

If I was you I'd frame that and stick it up on the wall. It's all Chavs and junkies that get them round here. Getting an ASBO for driving your Bentley is superb. Bananarama! em the bunch of tossers, you probably had people complaining because they're uncontrollably jealous and haven't got the guts to say if they have a problem.
On the serious side though, how can you get something served against you with no evidence and just the word of some nobody? It's crazy.
