Welcome Rich, The car used to belong to a friend of mine by the name of Paul, he lived in Croydon Surrey, then moved to Nottingham, didn't really want to sell the car but i think times were hard. I think these pics where 2004.

Ah right, the information I got was accurate then. At least it has some history here with the MMA.

Bummer he had to sell it, but it's gone to a good home now as I intend to put a little more into it than Steve did/could.

Nope

the ones Adrian posted are R/T lights and are different and much more expensive and hard to find than standard charger lights

They still look better than the round ones fitted currently..

No indicators though. I'm presuming the flashing brake light is a big no-no in the UK, so I guess I'd need ancillary indicators...?

I might concoct something more in keeping from LED's as I'm pretty ok wiring those as they tend to go into a number of guitars these days....

Strangely, wherever the lights went missing, it seems the seat base for the rear seat went with them.....?!

Thanks again.

Thanks for all the comments....

There's many for and against the pipes. Personally I like them as they're different. I'm not going for a concourse resto or anything, I'm just going for what I like, so I'll keep them for now whilst I sort other issues like the complete lack of an interior.

I like the old Challenger tail lights too (which is probably heresy... ) so I might make some of those "fit" in the absence of Charger ones. The last owner tried to emulate the earlier Charger tail but it failed.....

all best Rich

Hi, welcome Rich. I saw this car a few times in 2004 too. I see what you mean about those seats! It looks like it had the 'correct' rear end then too...but who is driving it in the track shot Mopar Nats 2004?

Thanks for the photo's.

Thanks Drogo and Cheers to all for all these photo's. I really appreciate them.

Incidentally, the seats I received it with were better than those pictured, but still did not fit with the car...however, that ugly tigerskin floor covering was still under the poorly-cut carpet that was fitted until last week....!!!

The lights look a bit more stock but weren't I don't think....I've attached a better pic to show.

I've gutted it and am now hunting for carpet/seatbelts/seats, rear bench base and something to improve the tail lights as you may have read. I'd like the front wheels to sit wider too with either bigger rims or spacers if anyone knows which is better/easier to achieve...?

Thanks again, and apologies for repeating myself...!

See you at the Nats, its the law by the way. :thumbright:

Thanks Justin....!!!

I'll try my very best to have her up and running by the Nationals, but I'm tackling this project alone. I'm really looking forward to pulling the motor to do the core plugs (a couple are leaking)...!! I've only got 9 1/2 toes anyway so a little balance wouldn't go amiss...
