Sorry to hear Blue. Lost my dad in my twenties and its tough. Glad to see you've got your priorities sorted though. You know where we are.

My condolences on your loss and you are right the family comes first.
I can't imagine how you must feel at a time like this but you are in my thoughts and hope it all works out.

Thanks for your kind words guys. Please don't take this as a "poor me" post, I just wanted to make you all aware of my situation, and I'm actually quite upbeat about it all. I have already been in contact with Social Services and will be pushing them for as much help as I can get.

Yea sorry for your loss

but you seem to have a "LIFE GOES ON" attitude, so that will help you get through this current crisis

Sad news Blue, if you need to talk to someone regarding care... My niece can help. She seems to know what you can and can't have. And believe me, the authorities try to palm off as much as they can.

She is a carer and very knowledgeable, She is a great kid too. If you need to chat, I am sure she will help.
