Looks like it will be ideal for me and wor lass. We are really enjoying the Giulietta at the moment. In fact I was driving it "in a hurry" this morning and took a short cut through a long back road. Bloody hell it is quick and responsive. And this is with the least powerful engine.

Can't anyone make a car with a proper boot these days? Every car has a boot 18 inches too short.
Still it's an Italian car with all the faults that they are known for.

Pretty big boot in my Alpha.

Looks like the boot would be small from the outside I agree. But pretty big and deep when you lift the hatch.

No that is Corvettes.

Any battery not being kept charged correctly will throw up random fault codes in any modern car. In the C5 (and C6?) Corvette they have this problem if the car is not used for days or weeks at a time. Just standing switched off they consume a constant 20mA of power. The battery in mine was knackered when I got it. I keep it on a trickle charger when in the garage to keep the new battery in top condition.

Not heard about charging problems on Alfas. Mine must be OK as the "Stop/Start" function will not work unless the battery is in top condition.

I'm 41, the same age as my Dart

I am at that age when I too have trouble steering and my wife tells me the ride quality isnt as good as it used to be.........

Point of note though, Hammond, Clarckson and May have all seen and sat in my Dart when I lived in Didcot (home of the Top Gear Technology Centre). They liked it then.......Hammond especially. But then he went and bought a Charger. Small bloke big car syndrome
