When I brought my Superbird, back in 1977 from Brian Brewer, I could have brought a 1970 Road Runner (GBH 672K) that he used to race "roundy roundy racing" at Brands Hatch, Silverstone, and the like, which was set up for circuit racing ie double rear shocks, roll bar, perspex rear window and side windows, bucket seats ect ect. but I thought that a "SUPERBIRD" was the better car

...................this car was a 383 4bbl "Air Grabber" model with center console, bucket seats and 4 speed trans.
SORT YOURSELVES OUT YOU LOT

I very nearly nearly bought it in the early 90s, it was the first quick car I ever rode in....had the 383 and 6 pack then, and a 4 speed with a linear gate shifter..
It was stuck in a barn in glasson dock along with some other gems such as the "street lethal" mustang super gas car.

Witt sure like giving his cars a good run for the money, even his little Gordini was on Octane booster & he thrashed the living daylights out of it
I thought it this was the motor thay Witt put in the Aspen, but obviously not if it went in a Trans Am

Well its no wonder JC chose to restore a Superbird

firstly no need to do any research just ask you Andy you were around when they were new and you have a photographic memory?.Secondly no need for JC to go and look for you because it looks like you are always there 24/7 in his pocket
Just jealous of you Andy, you were lucky to own a Superbird and your 67 ain't bad either
