I nearly went for that AEM unit but got the Innovate one cheaper and it was already over here in stock, 140 quid all in
Same Bosch sensor, same sort of specs but the Innovate comes with software to plug into your iPhone type device so you can record and instantly play back any pass or road test and see all your data.

I forgot to mention that the pipe fitting part of my business makes stainless band clamps in all the sizes we use for our exhaust systems. We also custom fab these clamps with test points welded on so if any of you want to install an 02 sensor without having to remove your exhaust and/or weld the bung on we'll supply a clamp ready made. The plus to this is that you can remove the clamp any time you want to install the sensor into another car or even a different exhaust system immediately, without having to wait for it to be welded.
When you don't want the sensor in you install a plug into the socket or if you want the clamp on another installation just fit a plain clamp over the 3/4" hole

rover wheel nuts also make do as a bung if ya stuck which means i guess a rover wheel stud could be used to blank it off

Should you really use two sensors with a twin pipe system or would one be ok?

One sensor on one side is fine. In particular with a dual plane intake manifold.
If it is a self heating sensor I would put it slightly downstream of any H or X-pipe.
The non self-heated versions need to be close to the collector so that the exhaust gasses heat the sensor enough.

I done this whole job tonight so quick I forgot to take pix!
I'll get the yellow pig up in the air and show you exactly where I put the sensor. I'd had the bung welded into the exhaust about a foot back from the collector flange by my cuz who was MOT'ing the car for me tiday.
If you take your pipe or even your car to an exhaust fitter it'll only cost you a few quid but in all honesty I'd have done it myself, it's Bananarama! easy stuff.
2 hours from start to finish including losing the massive wiring in the dash but what a result, calibrated sensor and controller and fired up me 440 and watched the AFR settle at 14.2 idling within 30 seconds of start up, sweet
Out for a spin tomorrow and see exactly where the lean or rich conditions occur as I drive.
Then, just like clever Daveman, I can plug the ginges MacBook into the controller and see a real time recording of all the fuelling events on screen that I can play back again whenever I want.
