I said I'd canvas opinion and give an idea of numbers. Happy to do a stint on the stand too.

So... who's in? Remember, you get one free ticket for displaying your car, and an opportunity to do a parade lap.

James says he's a massive Mopar fan, so let's put on a show.
Yep, Stu & I are both keen - deffo 1 car..... will have to see nearer the day whether Stu can be persuaded it's worth bringing both ;) At least that way, we'd both get in for nowt :)

Would be just the Sunday tho...

Adam - did James say where the display area would be? Just wondering whether it'll be on the grassy area overlooking Cooper Straight... like in the 'old days'

doubt you will be over there, more likly to be behind the main grandstand where the shops are & the executor terrace - which is the best place to view from now

Thanks Andy.
I was there last August and parked in the car park behind the grandstand & shops. Couldnt see anything of the track tho, just the back of the grandstand & shops?!

Maybe further back towards the entrance, you might get to see some track, but I'd rather be over on the grassy bank ;)

Sounds cool - my RR is waaay to scruffy to show tho', although it may have been painted by then perhaps. Also a possibility of another Mopar in the family by then...

We're going. Just spoke to James and invited him along to our Brooklands show and he said he'll be there.
He's not sure where he will park us, he also told me the Mustang boys have about 70 cars going.

Just got an email from James about any other Mopars i may know of. I mentioned the MMA website and the forum about this event, also that there's been a lot of interest so should be quite a few cars turn up. It seems like the 'Bird's going to get a bit of track time, in James's words 'that has to happen'! Cant wait!

James has just got back to me again and said

"Hi Derek,

I found the thread about the location, can you let them know that I will locate MMA next to the grandstand on the right as you look at that image. Basically you will be right behind the fence looking down on the front straight opposite the pits on the mixed grass/gravel section. Clear view of the racing."
