I had those from an older A body ,I think one of the only other cars that had them were 60s vettes ,not sure

I ended up rebuilding them and they still did not work very well so I swaped them out for floating calipers.

And Dave is right ,make sure you use the proper lube for those modern bushes , they will last far longer than stock , and on the LCAS, it is known to drastically improve the handling of the car

Didn't mid-60s B-Body cars have 4-pots?

Don't know if you have already mentioned it or have it under control but I am surprised that the hose has passed MOT like that. Looks like it has been like it for some time.
Maybe it looks worse in the photo than it is but there has to be a twist in it causing it to be in the wrong place at some point of your suspension and steering travel causing it to make contact with something else.
That would be the first thing on my list to replace.

It looks to me like they have been fitted as an upgrade by someone.

I would suggest getting some steel braided hose made up in a length that will allow the hose to be routed better so it does not rub on anything.

They are possibly mounted wrong as well. If they are on the rearward side of the wheel. Pretty sure Mopar fitted them on the forward side. So possibly the steering knuckles are on the wrong side of the car.

Banjo fitting on the hose to caliper may be better. Worth considering at least.

Just answered my own question. '66-'69 were all Bendix 4-pot calipers. Single pistion pin type from 70-72. Then single piston slider.

correct! it didnt pass! it has now been fixed with a stainless braded type.

it was the incorrect hose and was too long, rubbing on the wheel made it wear.

they work ok, the rears locked up for a few breaking attempts after it has been sitting for a few months, but after that it worked fine...well, as fine as a old yank can be! :D
