Better late than never... hopefully :?

Well, there was a decent turn out of 'yanks', if you include about 50 modern Mustangs.

Mopar-wise, we had the Satellite there, and there was Adam with the 70 Coronet...... :tumbleweed:

There were a few other MMA members there but flying the Ford flag - Guy's Cougar and Dave & Spencer's Mustangs. Oh well, at least they were boosting the 'classic' ranks, which were almost in the minority there with all the Vectra, MG, MR2, Merc, Renault, TVR, new Minis etc etc clubs in attendance.
There was even a gathering of Smart cars ferchrissakes

Paul Edwards' to-die-for 70 1/2 Camaro was over with the Corvette club, which were all 90/00/10 models except for a 65ish and a late-70s model

Oh and 'scuse the self-indulgent pics of the Satellite - hadnt got any of the new 'Plymouth Division' hub caps so took a few before we left. Not that you can see any difference from the set we had on before without the extra lettering

Anyhoo, enough waffle....

Some nice machinery there Rob! 8-)

Is that a Buick Riviera (DXI 712) above the 70.5 Monster Camaro............

If it is i have to say i think the lines on that are superb!

Would happily have one in the stable!

Not into Restomods in a huge way but the glod 50/60's (possibly buick again 405 YUK) is stunning! Nicely done not too OTT! =P~

Thanks Dave. Yes it's a '71 Riviera 'Boattail'. Didnt get a pic of its rear but it should be like this one 8-) 8-)

And that other one with the big rims ('60 Buick) was on hydraulics - hence the modern rims.

Cheers for pics Rob.
The Ford falcon was built by Steve from Customville for his brother. See it at Weald on Sunday along with the plumb R/T.
The gold Trans Am next to it I drove past in traffic about 1/4 mile from my house. JohnS spoke to the R/T owner and he is apparently local to me and is going to Gary's picnic. :thumbright:

Hi Gary, yes we spoke to Adam the Coronet owner too. He came over to talk about the Satellite as he's looking for some trim parts. Thought I recognised his car - he's recently signed up on FBBO and we've exchanged pleasantries over there :)

He used to own Pontiacs / Trans Ams so I guessed the gold one next to him was a mate.
