As I suspected, the "Must pre-book, must be there before 9:30, cannot leave before 5pm" rubbish was indeed a load of Bananarama!.
Andy Rob didn't get there until 11am because he was waiting for his turn with the hair drier aparrently.
Paul Lisle brought both his 440+6 Cuda and his Hemi GTX to the show.
The official tally was 147 cars and 39 bikes at the show. I think everyone agreed the new venue was quite good.

Paul Lisle has a Daytona as well doesn't he?
He's got far too many toys!

No I don't think so.
He has the "Roadrunner" race car. A couple of Mercury Comet doorslammers. Jag E-Type. C4 Corvette. Few others that I can't think of right now.

Sorry I remember the Comets now. It is one 64 Comet Racecar. The other is a 64 Ragtop.

It is but most people (including other American Car enthusiasts) just walk straight past it without a second glance. It just looks so "Plain Jane". I guess that makes it a "street sleeper". But it is a shame that the judges at these shows walk straight past it too.......

Thought it might be, seems to have been down on turn out this year, probably due to the so called rules and being a one day event, not to mention the bust up in the club that was broadcast on FB

Can't have been as bad as the one in the '90s when we ended up split into two seperate clubs can it Nigle?
I was talking at length with Billy Horn and he never mentioned a big fall out? He did mention upsetting "Edsel Eddie" when he told him he did bugger-all for the club except polish his own cars.
I like Billy Horn. My kind of bloke.
