Thats Alans car ? Wow - love these 'how they were' pics.
Keep hoping some will turn up of mine (even put a 'wanted' in the road cars section) but so far no joy. Given that its been in the UK since '79 I think the previous owners must have been hermits.

Has yours been re-registered Morgan? From a 'V' reg or summat?
If so, someone might have some pics with the old reg on... :-k

I've got an earlier one than that, I have a picture of it I took at Santa Pod in about '75 when Dennis Wheatley owned it, it's spent more of it's life being caned up the strip.

I was also there the day the guy was laying on the 40th coat of laquer trying to cover the red metalflake he'd sloshed the whole car in, it looked like a bleedin' Christmas tree decoration. He added insult to injury by painting "Rodger Dodger" down the rear 1/4"s in a nice clashing colour, it was awful.

I was at this event , when I took some of the above pictures , how long ago , time flies :shock: :cry:









worth watching guys , think you will recognise few of the cars :thumbright:
